Slow Cook Friday: Beef Stroganoff

I decided yesterday I should get back to slow cooking, then I realized I was in the mood for stroganoff.

Not quite 2 pounds of stewed beef
Two cans of cream of mushroom (I found Campbell's Cream of Portobello Soup Mix)
Medium Onion
One chilie (Found a nice poblano chilie at the farmer's marker, and it will be mild).

Mix all together.  Set on low for 8 hours.

Add one container of sour cream.  Serve on No-yoke flat pasta.
