Slow Cook Friday: Beef Stroganoff

I saw a few recipes, but decided to go on my own.

Beef Stroganoff

1.5 pounds of beef (Stewed was the on sale)
1/2 Large Onion
2 small Jalapenos
Progresso Meal Starter: Cream of Poblano Mushrooms
Sour Cream

Brown the beef and put into slow cooker, leaving the leftover fluid in pan.  Brown Onions in same pan.  Place onion and next three items in slow cooker for 8 hours on low.

Place sour cream in slow cooker and cook on high for 30 minutes.  While cooking, boil pasta and serve.
