Slow Cook Friday: Beef Stew?

I skipped the recipe and went with what I had in the kitchen plus a couple things.

2# Beef. I got the cubed because it was cheaper
Mushrooms (manager's sale)
Chili peppers
Left over bell pepper
Asparagus (BB)
Red potatoes (BB)
Bean (from the garden, including pods)
Couple handfuls of fresh cranberries
Kidney beans
Few leaves of Basel
Beef stock from cubes

Tossed all in slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
