The last full moon.
Spring Mountain Ranch host the annual Super Summer Theater. For the summer months (June, July, August and September), they have a Broadway style show. This is located in Red Rock Canyon, so it is a few degrees cooler than in Las Vegas. Each show starts at sunset.
The June show is Spamalot. This was a rare case when two of the actors came out into the audience.
